What this website collects

Simply reading these pages tells us nothing that identifies you. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, including IP address, the page requested, and browser user agent, in order to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse. This is ordinary infrastructure logging, retained on a short rolling window, and is not used to build a profile of you.

The contact page carries an automated check that distinguishes people from bots, supplied by our infrastructure provider. It runs when that page loads and may place a short-lived token in your browser for the length of your visit. It is not used to follow you across other sites.

The pages load a web font from a third-party font service. Your browser contacts that service to retrieve the font file, and that request includes your IP address.

If you contact us

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. We also record the IP address the message came from and the time it was sent, which we use only to stop the form being abused and to enforce a submission limit. If you email us instead, we hold whatever you choose to send.

We use this to answer you and to carry out any work you engage us for. We do not sell it, and getting in touch does not add you to a marketing list.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and to maintain our business records, and no longer.

Messages sent through the form, and email addressed to this domain, pass through a mail delivery service before reaching our mailbox.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@heraclessolutions.com and we will respond.
